Sense of...
Excitement!! We went to Utah this last week to visit my best friend from BYU, Emily. It had been almost 5 years since we had seen each other! Carter was so excited to ride the airplane and be "up in the sky like Daddy." 
His sense of wonder throughout the flight was very cute. I brought all kinds of "secret weapons" for the flight and didn't even need them because this is what he did most of the time (see below).

He sure is cute! Was he good on the way home?
Really good. He woke up after we got to our gate and then was really excited to get on the plane.
I'm glad he was able to be like his daddy, and so glad he did well on the plane! Definitely a plus.
