The Polar Express
Last weekend we went up to our family cabin for the weekend. It was so cold, it was fun to sit by the fire and drink hot chocolate. On Saturday we went to Williams to go on the Polar Express. First we went to the town's light parade and then we waited and waited and waited for the train to come. Carter was so excited it must have seemed like forever to him, waiting for the train to came. Once it came, he kept saying, "all aboard." We got on and had hot chocolate and cookies (just like the movie), went to the North Pole, Santa came on the train and gave everyone a bell, and we sang Christmas Carols all the way back to the station. Carter was exhausted by the end of the night. When we left he said, "bye choo choo train, I'll miss you." We go on Thursday with my sis. Meegan is so excited! I bought her new warmer jammies yesterday, so we will be wearing ours too :) FUN!
how fun! we did that last christmas and isaac went crazy for it. no jammies, though.

How fun! My kids would have LOVED that..they love the Polar Express..except the puppet part they get freaked out when they see that. What a cool idea, I would have totally joined you in the pj's!

the Polar Express looks like a blast! It really is too bad that Sean didn't want to wear pajamas! They're my favorite outfit. =)

So much fun!! We have been wanting to do that the last couple of years but have yet to. They are saying that you have to get tickets way in advance because they are hard to come by... Carter is sure getting big! We need to get together too and have lunch or something, it has been too long:)
