Yesterday, Marlee and I did the Casa Grande Triathlon. My goal was to beat my time from last year and I cut off almost 5 minutes. I finished in 1 hour and 14 minutes and ended up getting 9th in my age group (out of 44). Marlee-superwoman, got 1st place in her age group and finished in 1 hour and 2 minutes!! She's my idol!!!

Casa Grande Triathlon

Good job! I like that you set goals to improve each time. How many triathlons do you do a year? do you do the same ones so you can measure growth? Do you ever do marathons? 5ks?
