Today I did a traithlon. I had my best time so far in a triathlon of 1:19:43 I was really excited to finish so well and got 9th in age group and 13th overall. Carter was cheering me on the whole way! Now onto training for the half-marathon in February!

I am just catching up on your blog. Feel free to post on the Mommies!! I also love your Incredibles costumes. I think we will do this for Halloween next year. We have all the right family members for it. :-) Great time on your triathlon. I will be asking you for advice when I start doing this!
